1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the United Sport Qatar platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders are fulfilled by independent vendors; United Sport Qatar acts as the marketplace operator.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by vendors and are not guaranteed. United Sport Qatar is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Each vendor maintains its own return policy, displayed on their store page. Generally, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the vendor approves the return.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform; (c) post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; (d) interfere with the Platform's operation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of United Sport Qatar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Qatari law, United Sport Qatar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
